Syp Calamox(Clavulanic acid+Amoxicillin) 312.50mg/5ml.  1 tablespoon subho shaam ,         Syp Tercica (Dexibuprofen) 1/2 tablespoon three times a day,                                     Betagenic cream (betamethasone+gentamicin) apply three times a day.
