Talk to Dermatologist on Pustules On My Buttocks, Itchiness Around My Genitals

Well I have been taking this problem casually because initially one came out and I thought it's just a random one and it will go away but it didn't go away unless I had to take the puss out and it went away after like 3-4 days but the problem was that the few other ones came out on the other side of it, and currently I have like 2-3 at the moment and it hurt too so much so that I can't sit properly and I feel itchiness all around that area as well. Now a friend of mine who just graduated from a medical college prescribed a few medications such as Augmentin 1g and Ponston and it's been almost 3 days since I am taking these. It made me feel a lil better but it's not a speedy recovery and that the pustules are still there even tho, they are not expanding anymore. Pls guide me what shall I do as I want to get rid of this condition ASAP.
