Talk to Dermatologist on Raised Urticeria & Plain Red Bruises
Asking for Self, Male, 43 years old, Lahore
Dear Sir, Since December 2019, I am suffering from urticaria, it appears mostly at night and disappear in the morning. When urticaria is raised, i feel itching. I also feel red little long and small shaped plane bruise which also come and goes after sometime and it is not itching. Since December I took anti allergy medicnine and since February I also took anti depressent course of 1 month. My WBC count 5.49, platelet 231, RBC 5.9 and Hemoglobin 15. I liver enzymes are normal. Blood sugar normal.
Can you let me know why it is happening. Thanks.

Without actually examining you it's difficult to say if you really have Urticaria or eczema. The pic shows that you have eczema.

First of all try to find out if Urticaria becomes worst after eating something.
Strictly avoid eating tomato, yogurt, Raita, Lassi or anything that has yeast in it like naan etc. Avoid canned food or preserved food. Avoid pain killers medicines etc. Avoid eating nuts etc.
Avoid eggs, beef, fish. But you can eat mutton and chicken, all vegetables except tomato. All fruits except banana mango strawberry.
Secondly I would like you to do these tests
Blood CP and ESR
Throat swab c/s
LFT
Urine DR (sample from 1st urine in morning)
Stool DR (sample from the morning)
When you get the reports, let me know the reports and then i might be able to help you

I appreciate your prompt reply. Thanks. Let me try to arrange these test if possible. What you mean by Urine DR and Stool DR.
By the way i have done LFT, Urine Analysis, Routine Stool Test. It was normal. Please let me know if I could share you the reports through Whatsapp. Other findings as below.
