Rash On The Butt

I son three years old is facing rashes on his butt since two weeks i have tried cornflour hydrazol e45 sudo cream coconut oil but nothing is working please help we use jeep camera wipes since day one nothing has happened before please help

u shld visit a dermatologist near u and take proper treatment. plz understand tht we can't treat pics. we treat patients. for tht proper history examination and then treatment is given. for the time being avoid wipes n any type of Oil.
