Looks like acute Urticaria. It could be due to upset stomach and/or it could be due to any food that you have become allergic to.

In medical they're is no such thing as "garam taseer". there is a very long list of edibles that may cause Urticaria. But since you have GI problem as well. So you must be thoroughly investigated in the hope of finding the cause.
