Talk to Dermatologist on Rashes On Upper Thighs

Assalam o Alaikum, I need to discuss a severe situation which is getting me into depression.

I’ve noticed the area between my legs (upper thighs) and my hips is getting darker and doesn’t match my actual skin tone. The skin on the highlighted area has become very sensitive as well and gets itchy at times.

Since last couple of months my pelvic region got too much rashes (especially ballsack) and it gets smelly which i can’t stop thinking about.

I have hygiene phobia and i do maintain my hygiene all the time.
