Talk to Dermatologist on Recurring Facial Warts

Assalam o Alaikum Doctor, I would like to share a recurring problem that I'm facing since last year. I have recurring warts that appear constantly on the face area near the chin and neck area. I did numerous cryotherapy sessions but it isn't working and appearing again and again.

I would like to know how it can properly be treated. I live abroad and I have consulted two different dermatologists but they haven't properly treated and it's frustrating. Because the recent sessions I did it resulted in blisters which were very painful and left marks on the places but the face area is my high point of matter. Would highly seek for suggestions.
