my son is 15 month old, he had fever around 100-101°f for two days. our family doc recommended to give panadol every six hours, and cecrol every right hours. after the first dose of the antibiotics fever went away, but tiny red bumps begun to appear on his face, and now it has spread to his back, arms and stomach area too..
The rash could be due to drug reaction or due to hot weather or also maybe due to the fever that he had.
Without examining your son it's difficult to diagnose.
