Talk to Dermatologist on Red Itchy Pimples

I got a body wax 10 days ago. Since couple of days I have red itcy pimples on my shoulders and back. It is getting very comfortable as it is itching alot. Any OTC cream to sooth it?
No OTC creams for you. I suspect that waxing has taken off the top layer of skin too. You probably need medication for its repair.
