Talk to Dermatologist on Red Patches, Pimple On Body

Aoa respected Doctors, I am facing this issue of having red itchy patches on whole upper body mostly and few on thighs, from about 10 days, i have posted it before but u people suggested to get examined by a dermatologist, I did that and he recomended me to apply Dermovate cream, and then said it might be scabies , so prescribed MALAN lotion, along with Antarax and Kestine tablet for 1 week, initially it got better but just for 1 or 2 days , now again the same situation. I guess it is not properly being diagnosed, Kindly guide me , JzakAllah Pics attached.

Best thing would be to visit the same dermatologist who prescribed you the medicines. It’s very difficult to make out anything from the pictures
