Talk to Dermatologist on Red Pimples Or Comedones On Forehead

i am 29 years old my skin is very dry but never had pimple issue or something like that i my whole life i am pakistani but based in ?? from last couple of years this summer i found my forehead is burned because of heart wave this year after that i found fine lines on my forehead which is sign of aging so i bought some college products for my skin i used them for couple of months in that mean i found red pimples on my forehead and i stopped that product in couple of weeks these are continously multiplying painful red pimples and also skin bumps on my forehead only here in uk really had to get medicine could anyone help me or suggest me something please
