I used Skin A cream for mild acne scars, but after just one use, my face became very dry, and I experienced severe itching. There is a lot of redness around my nose and lips, and my skin feels tight and stretched. I have stopped using the cream after this single use. Kindly guide me on how I can reduce this redness and tightness.

The first step is to stop the cream that u already did. use a v gentle face wash to wash face, avoid harsh chemicals, serums, medication on face until it heals. Apply a good facial moisturiser 2-3 times a day. Can apply petroleum jelly 1-2 times a day and at night on specific areas of redness like nose and lips.
