First of all, you should consult the doctors who prescribed you these investigations as he is the best person to comment on those reports.

Secondly, the doctor has no idea what and why skin itches. The tests he recommended except for 2/3 none are associated with generalized itching.

Thirdly you have not mentioned any detailed history of itching, his skin conditions, what makes itch more, what makes itching go away. There are so many things the doctor as the patient's and there are so many things the doctor notices on the patient by examination.

In my opinion you must consult a qualified and experienced Dermatologist in your city.
