i am already on isotretinoin 20 mg and metronidazole 0.75% topical. i wanted to know if this rosacea is parasatic so i will use ivermectin 1% topical

Demodex is found in most people and does not cause any harm. They cause problem of the multiply and exceed in number considerably. For that reason topical ivermectin or permethrin is added as the topical therapy for rosacea. U can use it without having to be tested for demodex.
