Looks like infective fungal infection which has gone bad causing scarring of the skin. But I may be wrong because pictures are not good. At this stage I would like you to wash her scalp daily with Selsun shampoo (yellow bottle) for few days then on alternative days. I am really sorry but I cannot prescribe medicines unless I see the rash with my own eyes. only then I can make a firm diagnosis. You're daughter has those rash for quite a while now, she can wait a few more days for the lockdown to ease a little bit. Meanwhile you can keep using the shampoo as recommended and apply Dermosporin cream and gently massage twice a day. I hope that lockdown will be relaxed in the next 10- days or so.
