Talk to Dermatologist on Scabies

This question is for a dermatologist. I have developed symptoms of Scabies on my buttocks, scrotum and Penis. Not 100 percent sure whether it is scabies but symptoms match 90 percent. All of this first started with unabating itching on my buttocks, and Thighs. Then it started itching on my scrotum. Slowly I developed red bumps on my buttocks, scrotum and 2 bumps on my penis. The red bumps does not excrete any puss. It's just itchy red bumps. itching gets intolerable at night. It also gets triggered after I take a bath. I have tried Betnovate cream but it hasn't helped much. I'd greatly appreciate any medical advice from the learned doctors here. My life has become miserable due to this. plz help.

P.S: Plz rule out STD. I have never had intercourse. Never.
