Asalamwalikum, kindly i want to clear that scabies is totally treatable if right treatment is taken there are multiple factors which causes recurrence specially overtreatment , kindly book online video consultation via marham and get proper guidelines according scabies treatment otherwise it will become resistant

scabies is a stubborn infestation if treated incompetently
it needs meticulous cleaning n proper application
lotion scabion or any antiscabies lotion is to b applied very generously n thoroughly from neck to toes after taking shower on damp body
the area of body which is left without lotion might retain the scabies mite
after 24 hours take a shower n use all clothing beddings towels which have been washed thoroughly with a detergent n left in sun for gud tym
even put your mattress n bed also in bright sunlight if you have issue of recurrent scabies
secondly if any other family member is having scabies he/she needs to be treated simultaneously to avoid re infection only this way you can get rid of scabies
