A 24 year old male took treatment of scabies as prescribed by doctor almost one month used permethrin lotion for one week or few days clothes were washed by hot water and dried in he is feeling itching on body in some it be due to scabies again? What should he do now guide?

scabies treatment isnt for a month! neither permethrin is applied FOR a week... who suggested such regime? haven't read in Rook or Fitzpatrick!

Not for month sir ..I mean a month or 25 days has passed when doctr diagnosed it and treatment was followed as it be itching that will resolve after 4 -6 weeks of treatment? Becoz he has no new lesions only itching
