Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, Sargodha
Doctor, I have a history of scabies, and for approximately three months, I have been experiencing recurrent inflammation at the sites of my previous lesions.
The lesions are present in my groin folds, on the skin between my vaginal opening and anus, in both underarms, and around my nipples. They initially heal, become flat and dark, and then become raised, swollen, itchy, and inflamed again.
The genital lesions become particularly irritated during menstruation, possibly due to contact with sanitary pads or underwear. They are painful even when I am resting. The lesions do not contain pus, but they repeatedly flare up after appearing to heal.
I am concerned about why these lesions keep recurring.
