Salam everyone. I need help with a scalp condition I've had for a while now. Behind my ears under my hair, there is what seems like permanent dandruff. There are no other areas of my body or scalp where it has spread. also, it seems red when I wash my hair, but after it has dried, it becomes quite dry and itchy.
