Talk to Dermatologist on Scar On Face

Hello Doctor,
I sustained a nail-related cut on my face approximately 3–4 months ago. Since then, I have been using Contractubex gel regularly, but I have not noticed any significant improvement in the appearance of the scar.
I would like to know if there are any other treatments or procedures that could help reduce or remove this facial scar. I would appreciate your advice and recommendations.
