Asking for Other, Female, 1 years old, Karachi

Please help me choose between Bio Oil and Scarheal Gel for scar/mark lightening. Which one is better? Asking for my 11 months old daughter who got a cut on her forehead two months ago. Her wound was closed with steri strip.
