Salam, I am a pet parent. So my cat likes to play a lot and sometimes while playing, she leaves me a scratch or two which later turns into a scar. My hand is filled with scratches and I am looking for an ointment to help fade it. I heard silicone gel is quite good. Could you suggest otherwise? Help is appreciated.

Yes scar gel containing silicon is good for treatment of scars but for best results it should be applied as soon as the scratch is healed. Cannot say anything further without scar/affected skin examination.
