Seb Dermatitis, A Slight Dent On Scalp

Question

Aoa, I have been suffering from sebhoric dermatitis for about one year. I went for treatment and it last for about 3 months but the condition still persists therefore I have stopped all the medicine. The dandruff mostly occurs on the crown of the head and due to excessive peeling I feel there is a small dent on the crown of the scalp. It wasn't there before this problem. This dent is because of peeling off flacks or is there some thing else which has caused this dent?

it is difficult to assess without visual examination. The depression could be due to consistent flakes peeling or a small cut hopefully healed over. please get checked by a dermatologist near you  .
