Talk to Dermatologist on Sebum Plug And Dry Scalp

I had sebum plugs on my scalp. My dermatologist gave me T/sal, Nizoral, Tar, diropsone and finally clobetasol over the span of 2 months. After all of this I took the attached photo. Not only was my scalp flaking I still had plugs. Thats when I watched your video on dry scalp. I believe my condition is cause of over stripping, my hair bounces back with sebum and can't distribute and clogs up.

I've been using a cerave baby shampoo with no sulfates, but the plugs still hurt and my scalp is still flaking large white skin. My hair also gets oily within a day or two. I wash with cold water and dry with cold to warm air
