I started getting these pimples on my back like 4 days ago after 25th’s rain, now they’re growing and itchy too. I developed more on my thighs and hips too. There is nothing on the stomach though. I’ve been washing my body with Dettol since then but they aren’t increasing. There is still too much water in my area which is why I cannot go to the doctor.

Acne has nothing to do with the rains, unless you are in great stress. Acne involved a fixed pattern But acne do not involve thighs and hips.
Meanwhile strictly avoid Dettol or any soaps containing strong chemicals. For the time being use a mild soap and moisturize your body after each bath.
