There has to be a reason for this massive hair loss. If she was running high grade fever a couple of weeks ago, may cause severe hair loss. Improper diet esp not eating mutton/beef. Pulling hair very tight to make a pony.

Please guide me will she re gain hairs
The hairs will Inshallah grow back with time, but you will have to take care with her food that I mentioned and other things that I mentioned. Avoid using hair brush also.

This is called TELOGEN EFFLUVIUM. That means after few months of stressful event like high fever, hair start falling after 2- 3 months. But uf there is no other cause, the hair start recovering after few months. Give good diet. But stopping beaf or meat is not appropriate advise in my opinion ( Not evidence based).Certain tests may be required.
