Hello Doctors, I'm am having severe hair fall for the last 6 months or so, I have had hair fall in my teenages and early twenties as well I always had a head full of hair with no signs of hairline receding or gaps in my head. since last 6 to 8 months I am having severe hair fall, my hairline is also receding and now my head skin is a little bit visible on the front of my head. My Father have Head full of hair, no signs of receding hairline even in his late 50s Masha Allah. My mother has hair fall issues as well. Please suggest what should I do, I love my hair and it's very painful to lose hair so fast.

teenages and early twenties me bhi girte thy hair but shayd regrowth achi thi to feel nhi hota tha ziada but last 1 tp 2 years me ziada feel hona shuru hua or ab hairline bhi recede ho rhi hai. mene koi test nhi krwaya. Kuch months pehle biotin 2500 k tablets liye thy but phr chor dia. abhi daily eggs and almonds khata hun. or Ek hair oil use kr rha hun once to twice a week since 1 month. please suggest me.

and regarding my sleeping habits I sleep around 5 to 7 hours a night. ziada sone ki adat nhi hai bachpan hi se. work related baat kren to Thora stressful hai Meri job sometimes stress ziada bhi ho jata hai which might be playing the part in hair fall as well.
