Post covid hairfall is with almost all the patients. Plz take iron supplements n add food tht has iron in it. Ur hair n nails need loads of iron for growing.
Its better u visit a dermatologist near u for further treatment as they will prescribe u hair serums supplements according to ur age life style n after proper history.
