Talk to Dermatologist on Severe Pain In My Right Toe Joint
Asking For Self, Male 40, Lahore
AoA I am having severe pain in my right toe. Images showing toe condition attached. In the past I had this pain in my left toe joint a year ago.
I am having this issue since 5-6 days and daily doctor is injecting decloron injunction and after 15-20 hours pain start again.
I am also taking gouric tab 80 mg per day. Valuable suggestions are requested please

it seems that your gout has flared up. please take a painkiller by mouth on regular basis plus omeprazole 20 mg, once at night for at least 5 nights.
it's been how long you are taking gouric ? it can cause the flare when you start it . see the orthopedic surgeon or the doc who started it .

I did Uric acid test today and it's normal value 3.5 may be due to taking tab gouric
