Talk to Dermatologist on Severe Psoriasis (Skin Disease)

My mother is having severe psoriasis on both of her hands and some on her feet too. Please suggest something which can help her. Psoriasis on her hands is getting worst day by day. Her skin is shedding and is too painful. She is even using moisturizing creams, lotion and some medicines too(attached images). Please suggest what to do? I am also attaching her hands picture.

Lesion on your mothers hand is not of Psoriasis. Thus the medicines she is taking is wrong medicine and is medicine that MUST not be taken unless absolutely sure of the diagnosis and then only if much of the body is involved with Psoriasis. In my opinion you should bring her to my clinic to enable me to diagnose and start treatment.

She is facing this same problem from 3 years, but her condition got worst in 2020. affected areas are 5 fingers of both the hands, elbow and toe. She is in alot of pain. I thought to elaborate it more. Incase to be more clear

I would like to see the patient and the skin lesions in person. Skin lesions cannot be diagnosed by looking at the pictures. Please take an appointment to visit any of my clinic through Marham. I would also like to see her previous prescriptions and old blood reports etc.
