Talk to Dermatologist on Shampoo

i am having dry hair and also hair fall, i had long hairs but due to a lot hair fall, my hair length decrease, now the hair fall reduce but... i want to shift a sulfate free shampoo. and if i wash hairs without oiling them they becomes dry.

how is ogx argon oil shampoo, it is sulfate free... someone suggest me to use this. if it is good then how often i can use it?
