This is my second time when i facing this issue.the big pimple or maybe type of sist first time slowly build up now second time its build within one year and near to blow.so i show two time to general physicain they made it blow and wash it.but now 2 nd doctor said maybe sist.so i would like to know to whome i may concern with category of doctor

You need to consult Derrmatologist for proper diagnosis and then treatment
Better see an ophthalmologist if it’s on the eye lid
Better to consult a dermatologist in this situation
