You shouldn't take any pill during pregnancy. It's very unsafe. Kindly visit your trusted dermatologist for better advice.

I think you should discontinue oral terbisil during pregnancy and throughout breastfeeding. However topically it can be used.

I can't use any oral medicine for ringworm during pregnancy ??
It's quiet spread and causing discomfort.. topical are not being so effective.

Terbinafine is contra indicated in 1st trimester .
