Assalam u Alaikum Doc, I have many black dots on both my cheeks, I have tried many tubes but of no vail so plz tell me what should I do now to remove them.

salam i can see in the photo they look like normal moles.
why you want them to be removed ? and how big they are? have they been there for long? and do you wear any sun protection or not?
you need to be seen face to face by a good dermatologist for the advice and treatment.

Actually, these are not moles I think these dots occurs due to acne problem I have for almost 4 years, these are small in size but in huge quantity on both of my cheeks also I am not using any skin protection.
