Please guide me, what safe ointment should I use for my chest acne it’s a lot with some darker spots. 1st picture chest acne, 2nd picture stomach acne same on back as well. (I guess it happened after wax long back but not going now). Kindly guide which cream should I use for where. JazakAllah Khair
