I have a weird allergy on my lower back just above my hips. Its been there for about 3-4 months now. It itches alot and I try my best not to itch but the urge is just too much. I've tried creams but they just heal it temporarily.

This looks like fungal, please see a dermatologist you will need oral medication for this along with topical application. This will get better with 14-21 days of treatment.
