Red Dots appear on my body, Specially in sunlight and it feels like heat is coming from my body and it's itchy as well. During night if I do some work like walk, or play badminton etc same condition during night as well.

It is with in normal range, get yourself examined by a dermatologist.

All reports are normal, Cp, IGE, Alt and urine. but still I'm facing difficulty to go out into sun or do anykind of physical activity i.e Running, Playing football, badminton. My condition gone worse and feels like heat is coming out from my body.

You must consult a Dermatologist to show the red spots that you get during the summer months. Online consultation is not going to help you at all.

Yes I'm from Rawalpindi. Blood cp, Alt, IGE and Urine test was done by doctor. All reports came normal but still I'm facing issue and not able to go out.
