My 6.5 years old son had some prickly heat kind of pimples on face 4-5 days ago. Now I found that these pimples or rash spreaded to his whole body. He played with sacrifice animals for few days, is it possible that he caught it from animals. (I don't find options to upload pictures and videos here)

apply calamine lotion for 5-10 minutes then take bath along with that wear cotton dress in which air can pass through

I would recommend not to have medications on line and I'm shocked that Dr telling u to wash kid skin with Detol! kindly don't go for hit n try...consult a proper dermatologist of ur choice. regards

ok.It seems to be due contact dermatitis...Apply cutivate ointment.. twice daily over pimples...syrup Zyrtec one teaspoon at night., both for at least 10 days.

Can you please advice precautions and preventions so it won't spread to others and doesn't spread more on my son's body.
My other doctor friend suggested to apply Zinc Paste on dried body, after bathing with dettol and wearing fresh cloths.
