Assalam o alaikum!! I have allergy in my right foot fingers. The skin gets dried with small rashes and wounds get developed. The skin gets off. I have been using flugocid cream, then Lamisil cream, and then Nizrol cream but not getting well. The allergy is spreading in the whole foot. I am afraid if it is gangereen or what ? I am non diabetic but am a smoker
