Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy (itching)

She has been suffering from skin rashes with severe itching since 1 year now. Her lower back is filled with these rashes. The rashes in this picture are just the beginning stage, it gets worse and bigger with time. What can it be? Shown to some skin specialists and they say its something called "dhaddhar" . And they gave some medicines which are not effective at all. Please note that this person is now 3 months pregnant. She has been given Baydal, Rigix, Piriton, Healazine, Finysta, Mycona GB, Hifuzin hc cream and Allah knows how many other medications by different doctors, which were of no use. kindly suggest what treatment should she take.
