Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy On Foot

I stored my footwear in a wooden shelf. It started itching and allergy started at the places where skin was touching the sandal. Now, It has been 3 years. Have consulted several dermatologists. They always suggest too many tubes of anti fungal, anti inflammatory lotions. I am avoiding sandals and wearing shoes which only covers the toes only but still for some occasion, have to wear them. Applying Vaseline with dermacool lotion at night,, still it is not getting cured. Foot looks so bad in appearance. Please, suggest something that it get cured.
