Asking for Husband, Male, 30 years old, Dubai

Salam doctor, My husband is having skin bumps on his arm, thighs and back which are soft, easily moving and painless for last 7 years (*Lipoma* according to google). But now he is saying that he is having pain in one of them if touched which is on his back and seems like it bigger then before. 4 years back, he consulted with a doctor which according to him, its harmless. But at that time there was no pain. My husband increased his weight to 25 kg from normal. (100kg with 6ft height).

Can you please guide what we should do? Because the pain starts now if touched.

Normally Lipomas are left alone and no treatment is carried. However if any of these suddenly start increasing in size and especially if it becomes painful ( like this case), then it becomes necessary that this should be removed by operation and after removal sample should be sent to Laboratory for Histopathology ( Microscopic examination). Please act accordingly and at a priority.

When lipomas painful, the best treatment is to have them removed surgically. Dr Google also may have told you
