Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Burn

I have started training my skin is sensitive. Training coinducted in this month july in sun cause a severee tanning. I used saveral sunsxreen but they did nt work either. Now i feel my hands ans face is different in colour from body. Small pimple also popping out.
