heliocare sunblock, if you have acne use heliocare SC sunblock.
Almost all of the sunscreens makes your skin darker except perhaps Heliocare. Sunscreens must be reapplied every 2-3 hours.

I think u r from the one of the hottest areas of Pakistan so better to use physical sun blocks normally used by all sports men. Bcoz other sun blocks will make ur skin more oily , sweaty and dull

hilarious.... seems ppl like one company:) My dear pt, Each sunblock is specific and depends which area? wht kinda exposure? and wht combination skin you have? what are ur pores condition? I doubt any French or US based sunblock will have a SERIOUS side effect other than giving u a break out. So if you are REALLY concerned about your skin ( That you should be! as guys need yo maintain themselves Equally) you should consult a Dermatologist so he access your skin type discuss how much sun exposure you are planning to have along with SKIN TYPE you have:))) also you may require some night & morning cream to balance any dyschromia so just don't go and buy any sunblock if you are serious about ur skin.
