Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Condition

My friend is having pus-filled bumps on his skin. A test showed his IGE level to be around ~900. He has gone to a lot of doctors and dermatologists but no one has diagnosed him. His diet has been restricted a lot. While he has a known allergy from eggs, he takes strict care in avoiding any egg related item.
