I had mehndi on eid night and soon after 10 min feel burning sensation so i washed my hands but still felt burning whole night and in morning i noticed blister all on my hands which was so irritating and i hardly control itching them now all blister turn into flakes and gone this my hand condition now

You were / are allergic to one of the component of that mehndi. You will have strictly avoid touching / handling of mehndi throughout your whole life. The condition is called Allergic Contact Dermatitis.
I cannot prescribe you any medicine without first examining you, but do not handle too much soaps and detergents and apply Vaseline to your hands every 1 hour.
