yes its antioxidant,but main thing that such antioxidant carefully prescribed by doctor after full evaluation and dose adjust according weight and to observe many other conditions and in first trimester nothing recommended just you can get folic acid

Since you are expecting you may NOT take any un-necessary medicine at all. While breastfeeding too you canot take any unNessary medicines at.
