Asking for Other, Male, 23 years old, Peshawar
23-year-old male with gradually progressive skin darkening for about 1 year. The darkening mainly affects the face, neck, hands, and feet. Palms and oral mucosa are normal, and weight is stable (62 kg, height 5'7"). He works outdoors in agriculture with prolonged daily sun exposure. Two photos are attached.
Could this be due to chronic sun exposure, or does it suggest another condition (e.g., hormonal, nutritional, or skin disorder)? What tests or evaluation would you recommend?
