Day by day my skin is worsening and due to this lockdown i can't go to a dermatologist. My has always been dry non sensitive which has recently turned highly sensitive with enlarged pores and spots along with appearance of very large red and white patches. They become extremely prominent with even the slightest bit of makeup. Unable to upload pictures.

Your history of the disease is rather incomplete. You have mentioned that you have large open pores on the face. This means that your face has not become oilier. I am saying this because increased oil production in the glands makes the pores larger.
You have not mentioned which face wash you use and how many times a day.
